A deposit is required upon booking to secure your reservation. This amount will be applied toward the total balance owing. In the event of damage to or loss of equipment, additional charges may apply to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
Full Payment:
Full payment is due at least 48 hours before the event. Failure to make payment by this deadline will result in booking cancellation and may lead to the forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
