We proudly service the Mackay and Whitsundays regions, delivering our equipment to events from Carmila to Airlie Beach. For locations outside this area, we’re happy to consider your request on a case-by-case basis, and additional delivery fees may apply.

Customers are welcome to collect the hire equipment free of charge from our location. We will provide full operating instructions during collection to ensure everything is easy to use. Alternatively, we can arrange delivery, setup and pack down for an additional charge.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all bookings.

A deposit is required to secure your booking, and this amount is applied toward your total balance. The deposit helps confirm your reservation and hold your chosen date and equipment. Any remaining balance is payable as agreed prior to your event. Additional charges may apply if there is any damage to or loss of equipment.

Full payment is due at least 48 hours before the event. Failure to make payment by this deadline will result in booking cancellation and may lead to the forfeiture of your deposit.

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Customers are responsible for securing equipment during the hire period to prevent theft or damage. Equipment must be used as per provided instructions. Improper use voids liability coverage, and we are not responsible for resulting incidents.

Customers are liable for any damage or loss during the hire period, including accidental damage.

We ensure safe setup and hold public liability insurance. Altering the setup voids liability coverage. Customers must comply with health and safety guidelines relevant at the time of the event.

Yes, we may occasionally publish photos, videos or other content from events on our social media platforms and website for promotional purposes. This helps showcase our services and event setups. If you do not wish for your event content to be shared, please let us know at the time of booking or before your event, and we will respect your preference.

Dry hire rental is for a maximum of 24 hours; extra hours may incur additional charges.

The responsibility for ensuring the safe setup and readiness of the equipment lies with us. However, once the equipment is in your possession, the safe operation of the equipment becomes the customer's responsibility.
