  • What are your delivery areas?
    We proudly service the Mackay and Whitsundays regions, delivering our equipment to events from Carmila to Airlie Beach. For locations outside this area, we’re happy to consider your request on a case-by-case basis, and additional delivery fees may apply.
  • Do you offer free delivery?
    Delivery and setup are free within the Mackay region. Additional charges apply beyond this range based on distance.
  • How much notice is required when making a booking?
    We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all bookings.
  • Do you require any deposits?
    A refundable deposit is typically required upon booking confirmation to secure your reservation. This deposit will be refunded after the event, provided there is no damage to or loss of equipment. If any damage or missing items are identified, part or all of the deposit may be forfeited, and additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
  • When is full payment due?
    Full payment is due at least 48 hours before the event. Failure to make payment by this deadline will result in booking cancellation and may lead to the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • What are our obligations?
    Customers are responsible for securing equipment during the hire period to prevent theft or damage. Equipment must be used as per provided instructions. Improper use voids liability coverage, and we are not responsible for resulting incidents.
  • What happens if the equipment is damaged?
    Customers are liable for any damage or loss during the hire period, including accidental damage.
  • Do you hold public liability insurance?
    We ensure safe setup and hold public liability insurance. Altering the setup voids liability coverage. Customers must comply with health and safety guidelines relevant at the time of the event.
  • Do you publish photos of the equipment or events?
    With consent, we may use photos or videos of the setup for promotional purposes, excluding identifiable guests without prior approval.
  • What is the maximum rental term?
    Dry hire rental is for a maximum of 24 hours; extra hours may incur additional charges.
  • Who is liable during the hire?
    The responsibility for ensuring the safe setup and readiness of the equipment lies with us. However, once the equipment is in your possession, the safe operation of the equipment becomes the customer's responsibility.
